Huell was an amazing guy who loved California history and dedicated his time to sharing it with the TV public. I had the honor of speaking with him several times, and each time I was amazed at his down to earth attitude and humility.

RIP Huell. I bow my head to your ability and humility. You were a classy guy and they broke the mold when they made you.

Hat's off to Huell. My wife and I always get a charge out of watching him make a show out of almost anything. His enthusiasm is contagious.
