HORRIBLE accident :( just a little while ago

Just imagine being that guy living what seems like a normal day, and then you do that.

How awful is it to wake up not knowing you're going to die that day. It's a morbid thing to think about, but it's really eerey.

absolutely freakin' terrible - he actually got pulled through the chipper? MAn, I would have hated to be one of the guys who had to experience that in person.

I remember reading a story once about a guy who decided he and his wife should commit suicide together. And his choice of termination was a tree chipper. He climbed in feet first and tried to pull his wife in, but she managed to break free of his grasp.

I just can't imagine the excrutiating pain that you would go through in those few seconds/minutes. But the terror that remains in the people who were around is unimaginable.

That is a sad sad tragedy. I feel for his coworkers and their families. As I work for a major railroad, I get reports all the time of people who lay down on our tracks in front of our trains. I dont feel as bad for them as I do for this guy, cuz going out by an engine running over you affects the guys driving the trains (not to mention that Louisiana is one of the top states when it comes to train/auto collisions)

I think it's amazing that you actually had a camera out there. Thank god you didn't catch it on your camera when you were messing with your lenses.

Really sad, but honestly, what a really dumb thing to do.

yeah thats it....thats the first article, there was one today too, longer with more info. Apparently, it took 7 seconds for him to go through. Im still not sleeping right. It all just seems surreal. Like I was hearing them and him screaming... but didn't understand what was happening. one of my 'friends' that i no longer speak with because of this comment, said, ' damn , you should have got some pictures of that **** '

Man what a f'n *****. How could you think like that. He had a wife and little girl and another girl on the way. Not to mention hes a human being. I can't even imagine what his wife felt like. I couldn't tell her.

Police and other people in the tree/ brush industry for 20 years had never seen something like this around here. Some of the dectectives had to take a day or two off after.

Yeah I wouldn't have shown that footage... I would have erased it. No one needs to see that or relive that kinda thing. And luckily the truck was facing me so I couldn't see the opening.
