Horizontal lines on export

Whenever I export my timeline i'm having these strange horizontal lines on my transition effects such as "push slides" and when i scale the image/zoom in or out.

This is a 23.98 timeline, I've experimented with settings - these are the ones i'm trying to use:

Export settings >Quicktime Conversion> Quicktime movie> Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2>size current. I've CHECKED and UNCHECKED the "deinterlace source video" but it does nothing.

If anyone can help i'd appreciate it.

What is the format of your original footage and Sequence? Can you post a sample?

original footage was 24p advanced - shot with a pansonic dvx-100a. timeline is 23.98.

dvx is 4.1.1, not 4.2.2

if you want an umcompressed QT file after export... Choose Export/Using QT Conversion...

Go into the QT Conversion options, choose Compressor 'None' and then tweak all the options, like quality, colour, size etc. Do not choose de-interlace source video, 23.98 does not need it.
