Horizontal lines on export-

I read every thread i could find but found no answers regarding pal footage. Do i have to remove putdown for 25p footage as well? How is this done? The lines only appear on those clips that have bin rotated, not on the others. Yes there is probably 30 treads on this, but they are either inconclusive or related to NTSC.

can someone help please>

Not sure about this whole horizontal lines problem, but Joel best way to export for DVD from Final Cut Pro is Compressor. Or if that doesn't suit your fancy, export a self contained uncompressed video and use a third party application such as BitVice to do the encode. Good luck.

cheers.

i am just exporting a full size self-contained QT from HVX 1080/25 footage. It is impossible that this has anything to do with either the screen or the way i export as the lines are only showing up on the clips that where rotated on all the virgin clips there is no problem, and when i export the clips without the rotation there is no problem. Basically it looks the same as a rotation without selecting best quality render.
