horizontal lines in 24pa in fcp

Hey all,

I have some 24 pa footage in fcp. I have shots of bleachers that travel diagonally through the frame. The lines on the bleachers are being chopped by what I think are scan lines. it is really noticable. I've changed sequence setting to match the footage. Could it have been my import settings? Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Apple shift 4 is the one that lets you get a shot of just a certain range, which would probably be better in this case since most photo hosting websites downrez the images if they're really large.
