Horizontal flip effect in Premiere Pro creating horizontal scanlines, Please Help

Hey guys, I'm in desperate need of help. In Premiere Pro I'm working on a 29.97 timeline with Lower Fields first selected.

My problem is that when i add the "Horizontal Flip" video effect to my footage, after i export it i get slight but noticable horizontal scanlines across the footage. Doesnt matter if I export with Lower Fields, or Upper Fields, or Progressive, i always get it.

I tried reversing the field dominance, i tried every option under field options and still no luck.

One again i only get these horizontal scanlines if i add the "Horizontal flip" effect to my footage and export it.

Their must be a way to eliminate the scanlines, if anyone knows please help.

Thanks allot.

I don't have premiere in front of me so I don't remember the exact setting's writing, but did you try in that field option dialogue box to uncheck the "Frame Blend Speed Changes"?

i already tried unchecking the "Frame Blend Speed Changes" but no luck.

Please if their is any way, let me know.

I'm desperate right now.

Does anyone have the slightest idea, i would really appreciate it. I tried using the field interpoliate video filter but that has little effect.

Please if anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

Thanks allot guys.
