HOOKING UP A REFERENCE MONITOR TO G5/FCP4?

HOW DO I HOOK UP VIDEO REFERENCE MONITOR TO G5 RUNNING FCP4?

I think this is a simple question, hope y'all can help! I'm trying to rig my system so I can watch my footage on a standalone reference monitor while I edit. Any ideas on a good affordable solution? Considering the following equipment I intend to use (1) is it possible? (2) what will I need?, i.e. in the way of videocard, etc, to do this?

> G5, running FCP4
> APPLE STUDIO DISPLAY (Model: M7768, links on monitor are below)
It has DVI video/power cable

If you are only using one monitor on your system, the easy way is to purchase DVI to video adapter 20.00 http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APP...nJjjuF63Y5v8HSoAzBQtha/1.3.0.6.10.3.28.1.15.0
If you have two monitors there are several firewire break out boxes, or you can use your camera, or buy a cheap camera use that, and use it for a deck.

The DVI-to-Video adapter says it only works with G5's. Anybody knows why?
