Is there any crediable source on the Internet (non-pay or pay) that you can find information on movie sales for DVD. Its' very difficult finding info for niche market movies, unless you run across an article or guesstimate the pay-out. I've checked Variety, The Numbers and IMDB. Both are good only if the movie was a major box office release, but what about a smaller movie.
I found this website which is okay, at least it shows the "rental index" (amount of rentals for a given movie) http://www.videobusiness.com but ti's hard to make determinations for smaller movies that don't have as much publicity.
I'm sure someone has talked about this before, but as the Rental Market grows, you never know if a new website will popup.
