Home cinema question

Hey - anyone have knowledge of home cinema setups or recommend a good forum that deals with it?
I've got a BenQ W1110 projector on order and want to get an idea of additional kit etc for a basic home cinema set up in the living room.

Ah yes - specifics would help :)
I'm no expert on home cinema so I'll list the additional kit I'm guessing I'll need alongside the projector, feel free to fill in any blanks.
1.Speakers - I currently have a pair of Audioengine A2's, with the addition of a subwoofer would these suffice? If not then what kind of system is possible on an audio budget of £250?
2.Media player - my needs here are basic, a hardware player for playback of my film library and digital purchases. Up to £100
3.Wireless system - be great if i can rig the speakers without cables - no idea on costs here, budget is whatever it costs to get half decent audio
4.Screen - i have a smooth white wall, good enough? if not then up to £100 for a screen

I'm not an expert on Home Theater audio, but I think you would most likely need an audio receiver, though if you are interested in saving money you might be better off getting a Home Theater in a Box setup which could include up to 5.1 or 7.1 audio as well as a Blu-ray player depending on the brand (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/home-th...ox/pcmcat186600050005.c?id=pcmcat186600050005). Not sure about wireless speakers, as those would probably increase the cost of the system a lot.

As far as Media Player, I am a big fan of the PS3 for Blu-ray as well as streaming, games and MP4 files, though you could get any Smart Blu-ray player from Samsung or Sony that would have Netflix and other streaming options.

I think you would be better off with a screen vs the white wall, but you might wait until you get the projector to see how it looks. Least expensive but decent quality screens are from Silver Ticket Products (http://silverticketproducts.com/). Cost would depend on size and screen material. Smallest fixed frame screen is $180 on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DGVHZSA)

I think your budget for what you want to do is a bit on the meager side...

I would look for used speakers as that is going to be the best way to get a deal there.

http://www.avsforum.com/ is probably your best forum for this.

Wireless systems can be either finnicky or expensive (or sometimes unfortunately both).

Most people are going to strongly recommend a screen.

Ok, looks like a screen is priority.
my standards are pretty low, anything will be a major step up from watching films on my MacBook Pro over the last year :)
