Why two villans? Did we learn no lessons from Batman Returns ... and Batman Forever ... and Batman and Robin?

none. just i guess it gonna haoppen in this one, so venom might not fight in this one but well see the origin my question is spiderman gonna have the symbiote in this one.

Eddie Brock appeared in one of the other 2 movies -- which movie/scene was that?

It was the first one...In one of the scenes with Jonah Jameson at the newspaper. Don't remember specifically.

I always though Topher Grace would make a good Peter Parker.
I guess they're not going to have Venom be very muscular a la the comic.

Yep, Venom is HUGE in the comics/cartoons/video game compared to Spiderman. According to that list up there, there could be up to FOUR villians!

Connors becomes that lizard creature, Harry Osborne's going to take up Daddy's legacy, Sandman's a bad guy, and then we've got Venom as well? Interesting.

I don't keep up with the Spidey series, but I assumed that they would shoot 2 and 3 back to back, like other block busters in the past. Guess not.

they'll probably set up/introduce venom, the lizard and harry in this one, and probably focus on the sandman (my guess)

But, I can't wait!

thats what i was thinking im just wondering if it gonna be a black spidey this time around that would be cool.

The Lizard is a pussy. Peter will be on his way to class (not Dr. Connor's class) when the Lizard starts wreaking havoc. Spiderman will kick his ass, and then Peter will come into class late, having just missed a pop-quiz :)

That could be the first ten minutes. I trust Raimi not to turn this into Batman on Ice.

Hey, I'd pay good money to see Batman on Ice. Get Christian Bale some skating lessons and fight it out with Brian Boitano playing the villian.

well, i think Topher is a perfect choice for Venom.

1. Venom wears a suit that spiderman wore, getting all the same abilities as Spidey, so in essence he should be the same size as Spider-man, which Topher and Tobey are.
2. Venom is not necessarily on Spidey's bad side the whole time. He, every now and again, teams up with Spider-man to go against other villains. I can see this happening, especially against Sandman.
3. I forgot what movie Eddie Brock appeared in.
