Has anyone successfully used a Chroziel, Cavision, Redrock, or Zacuto follow focus with an HMC40? Are there any gear rings that fit the focus ring? I know that many are too large for the 43mm lens. Plus, some of the adjustable "zip" gear rings don't match the required 0.6 or 0.8 gear type on the follow focus unit itself
