HMC 150 rca connection output

The Panasonic hmc150 has amazing quality in hd
But i shot a 3 camera shoot this weekend one was a Panasonic 100b
the 2nd camera was a jvc 500 and the 3rd was hmc150.
I loaded all the footage into my editor and the 1st 2 camera look pretty good for dv footage but the footage coming out of the hmc looks bad.
Whats the best way to capture hd footage and have it fit the 4:3 format
and keep the quality.
I know it's not going to be hd quality but it should look as good as the 100b camera.
Should i capture it in hd and the convert the file to 4:3 with visualhub or AVS
software to improve the quality.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I think its a no no to try and capture from the RCA port. You don't need to 'capture' the footage. Its all ready captured in AVCHD format on your SDHC card.

I imported (copied) all my HD footage then rendered it out as 720x480 SD AVI.

Then edit the new footage with all the rest of the footage in SD.
