S surfrx Member May 16, 2011 #2 150 and nanoflash 150 and nanoflash to answer your question I beleive it would be 8 bit 422 as the 150 is AVCHD AVCHD is 1920-1080 8 bit 4.2.0 if you looked into the what the spec's are for the AVCHD codec that would shed some light on the subject but I am sure I have seen this information elsewhere on this forum. I may be confused with your question you may need to check what the external recorder bitrate would be I beleive depending on your choice of recording codec you can choose 50mps -280 mps between the XDCAM Codec or the I frame Codec and of coarse whatever codec you choose will help determine the bitrate you want for quality and record time reasons. I have not used or had the opportunity to use one of those lovely devices I only am aware of this as I have done similar research. Last edited: May 16, 2011
