history channel/sopranos

[schmolze]

hi,
was channel surfing the other day, came across a show on the history channel, some guy traveling around, volcanoes were somehow a part of it - anyway, i was very impressed with the way it was shot and edited. an otherwise boring show sucked me in.

anyone have any idea what that was shot on?

also, anyone know what the sopranos is shot on?

thanks
