High Speed Camera

[waefre]

Hey, Does anyone here have any experience with high speed video cameras? I'm looking at renting one for a production I have coming up but don't have a clue where to start. If anyone could recommend a camera, rental agency, or just give me and idea of prices that would be great. Thanks

Oh I don't need it to be ultra fast. Probably 500 fps will do.

500 fps is very fast for a video camera..... From what people tell me it's expensive!

Photosonics are the pros. They have a new HD high speed camera, called the phantom. check it out, it's a good place to start.
