high res grabs??

Man-

Lately, I have really been putting your talents to the mettle, gang....

I created a DVD COVER for my sisters Wedding Video...but the DVX grabs were very blurry and had very low resolution. Now, I'm not sure if I should be asking this question in the PHOTOSHOP section but I wanted to know if anyone knows what I am doing wrong, settings-wise...I have been exporting frame grabs from PREMIERE. Then importing them into PHOTOSHOP. Thats pretty much it. The res on the image, especially after I print is very low.

Any suggestions? If you go to the CAFE ALA DVX ( http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=66472 ) you can view the DVD Cover created by Larry R. It looks real pro...but more importantly, his grabs look fantastic. So, this leads me to believe I am screwing up somehow.

Thanks in advance everybody!

Here is what I do. I export Frame. I would do it as a targa, and make sure you choose deinterlace when you export. Open that file with Photoshop. You can then resize it to high res using the bicubic filter, in image resize. You can also change its pixels per inch in photoshop. Try 150 per inch instead of 72. See if that helps.

I'm not sure I agree with selecting the deinterlace option. If your original footage is progressive, you're better off to not deinterlace. It's easy enough to try it both ways and see what gives you the best results.
