Hiding Lavs without noise

For a woman, it's actually a perfect place to put lav between breasts as they will naturally create space away from the clothing and act as a sort of funnel for her voice. Secure the lav using surgical tape or the like so it will come off the skin easily.
For a man, if you can control what he wears, it's good to have them wear a collar or button up shirt so you can hit the lav under the collar.
For wind, you can pretty much only use a windscreen and/or hide the lav away from the direction the wind is coming. Or turn your talent.
There are a couple basic things. There are a whole slew of different clips you can use for a lav, but if you just have the standard you just have to be a little more creative.

the rycote little lav covers work great as well as a combination of those and the toupe tape.
as said already, if you have any cleavage use it.
also, a tram mic can work well taped in the right place.
i've also had good luck just using moleskine, but that was before i got into using the rycote products.
