Hickup using WMV9

Hi, I used Sony Vegas 7 and now I have switched to Vegas 8.
Still have the same problem, when rendering a clip in WMV9 (960x720- but it doesen't really matter) i get hickups when playing back the rendered clip.

It looks fine when Im rendering and I got a powerful machine (PC with WinXP 2.8Ghz dual core and 4GB ram). But upon playback it freezes for a few seconds here and there. Doesen't matter if i play it on a stand alone dvd player or if Im watching the clip with media player on my computer.

All help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Well, im shooting on a HVX200E and my old version of Raylight said that the files where 960x720 1.33. And It looks right. But when I burn It out to a stand alone player I use DVD Architect 4.0 and It compresses the resolution to PAL DVD standard.
