Hi Guys, I'm new, 1st post

I think the total package of equipment depends on the area and availability of getting a good team together. Santa Cruz had a lot of folks to lug, be in front of camera, but not so much good audio.

So find out what is in your area and you might not need to buy audio or you may need to buy a small camera/audio set up.

Don't forget, you need a good story to tell as well!
 
Thanks guys for all of your help. I agree with everything Zaza said, and Charli as well. I do have a lot to learn, especially about media... I'd like to get with someone who knows what they are doing and get ideas from people as far as the actual content of my website is concerned. I'm in Tampa, Florida, so it's not as easy to find people in media as it would be in California, but I'm sure there are people out here who are willing to help.
