Interesting. Be sure to check out the movies Blink, and The Alphabet Killer, tools for for structuring, etc. Both are instant play on Netflix.
You might be on to something.

I'm taking some liberties here, but--

A decorated cop becomes the prime suspect in a multiple murder case after he acquires the ability to see through the eyes of the killer.

I would like to see you craft a Blake Snyder logline (BSL) in addition to your TV Guide type loglline. The BSL will help you better understand, structure, and market your story. I use it for my stories now, has tremendous value.
