I just ordered my DVX the other day. Does the book and dvd come in the box with the camera or is that included in the rebate?

If you got an authorized US product, it'll be in the box. If it's not in the box, you didn't get an authorized unit, which means you wouldn't get the rebate either (or a warranty).

Not yet. It's a fairly massive undertaking, and I don't want to start promising dates until I know for a fact I can meet them. It's a little while off.

About pre-orders: I appreciate interest, but man, the pre-order stress nearly killed me, I had promised you guys delivery by 11/1 and then I didn't receive the DVDs until 11/11... I don't want to get caught up in that again! And look what taking pre-orders did to poor Redrock...

... so... no pre-orders, instead I'll spring it on y'all when it's done...
