D drk3p Well-known member Jun 5, 2009 #3 Here is a tip that will add a little more. Mask out your runner and precompose Add adjust layer, with directional blur. Mask out an inner "blob" shape around the face that will stay in focus, and feather the mask to let the effect blend in.
