Here's a clip of my buddy... now you can see him. Any record producers out there? I think he's a prime candidate... He's got a couple dozen great, original songs...
Why did I start this thread? Oh yeah... the Rode NT1000. I really like these mics, but the only way they're of any use is if you control the environment 100%. To quote another buddy of mine, "you can hear a gnat fart 10 feet away"...
Well anyway... this is a pair of 'em. Using 1 into both channels sometimes sounds better, but I just felt like setting up for stereo this time. Sometimes a voice drifting between speakers takes away from the music... but what the hell, here it is.

The lightsource is one of my home-made KinoFlo jobbies with daylight bulbs... and just a white bounce card at the opposite side. Simple... but not the best I can do! Also I didn't put much effort into editing this at all... obviously.
