which premier version do i need? i want to cut narrative shorts/music vid's/psa's. i will be shooting in 24p and 24pa. does premier have a good color correction tool? any advice would help. thanks.
 
To be honest, Premiere doesn't handle 24pa that great. I hate saying this but you might want to look into Vegas. I use Premiere myself but I usually edit regular 24p in a 29.97 timeline. Who cares, it still looks great! Premiere does the job if you know what you're doing.

I color correct all in Adobe Premiere and everyone thinks I use magic bullet, sheesh. :)
