Help with Ushio lamp

Hello,

I purchased a Britek 650w light and after a few hours (less than 4) the lamp blew. I am hoping it was faulty wiring (power surge) at the location I was shooting.

After inquiring at the place I purchased the unit and checking the Britek site I am unable to determine which replacement lamp I need to purchase. The info on my bulb/lamp and the info on the manu website, Britek site, and B&H are not sinking up.

My lamp has: Ushio MD 120v 650 w on it, but the lamp shown on B&H is rectangular, this lamp/bulb is circular.

The top lamp/bulb has similar specs, but different shape. The bottom lamp/bulb has same shape, but different specs.

Could someone help me?

I really don't know much about lamps/bulbs... any help would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about what lamps are made for the Britek fixtures.

However, I can warn you not to touch the lamp (bulb) with your bare hands as oils from your skin will affect the life of it.
