Help with Uncompressed Capture Workflow

OK. I want my workflow to look like this...
HD Video Uncompressed via HDMI > Matrox MX02 > Final Cut
What capture codec or setting do I use in FCS2 to accomplish this.
I've heard that Prores 422 1080i 59.94 48KHz is the correct setting.

well do you want Uncompressed or ProRes? you choose what you want.
