Help with Tracking an image in AE

i need to put a logo on a cardboard box that falls apart. I have the logo saved as a .png and im looking to animate it with the movement of the box. My problem is with the movement of the side of the box. It falls and moves at different angle from the camera, and im not sure how to skew the image.

How do i track the image and distort the logo? There's no motion tracking option for the .png file, and ive been looking through endless amounts of tutorials.

There is motion tracking in after effects, if you have something to track. In your screen grab I don't see any point(s) on the box that would be suitable. If you can re-shoot I can probably help.

could i use the black text on the right side of the box?

you could use he ends ofthe text for a two point track, but because of the change in perspective here you should really use a 4 point track to stick the logo to the side of the box and have it "fall" in perspective with the box face. although if the box is just falling over relatively quickly and smooth, it shold be fairly quick and easy just to use the "corner pin" effect to tack it there by hand.
