Help with Stretching Image

For some reason in a couple of my shots I have some vignetting and I was wondering how I can either stretch the horizontal of a clip or zoom in a bit and have the clip play zoomed in.

Open the clip into the viewer and open the Motion tab. Set the scale to maybe 105 or so... jsut to get rid of the yuk.
