Help with still frames

I'm trying to grab some frames from video that I shot.
DVX100A @60i with a shutter speed of 1/2000.

I've tried several configurations but nothing is working. I must add that the shots are high speed action... every attempt results in a "double exposure" situation

where the object appears in the frame twice. It also has a tremdous amount of de-interlaced lines.

What am I doing wrong?

I've done stills before, just not such fast action... they've always turned out well.

if your action is fast enough to casue a motion blur at your shutter speed selected than it will need to be deinterlaced or you will get interlace lines on the grab. You will of course loose res and still have motion blur
