Seller/user "tampawolf" scammed me - never sent the lens, has not refunded. ignoring my emails.
Sorry for the bad copy and paste, working off my mobile phone.. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. Anyone help me get a lawyer or someone who can get my money back?

Never resolved. Seller is ignoring my emails and will not refund my money.
Paid in full, asked for a tracking number, never provided. He claimed to have shipped it, with rush shipping after not shipping it on the day he was supposed to. It has been over 2 months and nothing has arrived. And he seldom responds to my emails.
See below for full correspondence. User should be flagged and blacklisted unless this is resolved to avoid any other people getting ripped off.

If you really cared to settle this you would have done so already rather then responding to my emails when you felt it was convenient for you and only after I was forced to send multiple emails hoping and praying for a response to know that I have not been ripped off.
Shooting overseas and locally to get my hands on a similar lens of this speed is not easy. I have to cover the money I lost to you and the money that I have had to pay for the rental.
When financing my own project right now that has multiple shoot dates, renting out of pocket adds up.
Anyways like I said, I don't want to keep your lens, even if it does magically show up. Which I find highly unlikely as you stated that you paid for rush shipping because you didn't ship it on time.
Show some respect back to me and please refund my money with the same faith and trust that I put in you.

Never resolved. Seller is ignoring my emails and will not refund my money.
Paid in full, asked for a tracking number, never provided. He claimed to have shipped it, with rush shipping after not shipping it on the day he was supposed to. It has been over 2 months and nothing has arrived. And he seldom responds to my emails.
See below for full correspondence. User should be flagged and blacklisted unless this is resolved to avoid any other people getting ripped off.

Anyways like I said, I don't want to keep your lens, even if it does magically show up. Which I find highly unlikely as you stated that you paid for rush shipping because you didn't ship it on time.
Show some respect back to me and please refund my money with the same faith and trust that I put in you.
