Help with Screen Clips

I am able to upload and actually see "Screen Grabs" on my website, but when I upload either "mov's" or "mp4's" I can't run them or even download them from my website.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong.

ps, i check and double checked the web address's that I typed in.

Just a guess, but is it possible your provider doesn't support these types of files? I know I've messed up before by using uppercase in the filename then lowercase when I try to access, easy to overlook

Nope, I finally figured it out.
The problem is that my brain is too small for my cranium, and so it "kur-plinks" and "kur-plunks" back and forth sometimes and brings the information flow to a standstill. ;D

I finally (through trial and error) figured out my problem and fixed it. Thanks for the help though !
