help with photos

Hey,
I'm sure one of you can help me with this!

I just got back from Vegas and have a folder full of photos, around 300. I want to put them on my website, to share with everyone, but I don't want to put the raw files directly on there, way too big!
Is there an easy way to automate the process of scaling down the size, adding a watermark and saving it to another format in photoshop?
I can foresee that having to do that 300 times manually would make someone go insane.

Thanks for the help!

I hear ya'! I just finished a DVD slideshow for a client's wedding reception and he only had 50. Scanning, cropping, "Save as", Import, Color correct. A bit tedious.

If I could of had someone else do at least the scanning and "Export as JPEG", my workflow would have been a bit smoother.

if your photos are numbered in a sequence, then you can load them into After Effects as a "sequence".

Then simply do your cropping & water marking ,and color correction in one go then save the entire "sequence" as a movie sequence (using the custom render options)

I'm sure it possible that way.

If you wanted to sequence all of your files using Anhars method, here's a program I made that will sequence your files for you.
They all will have the same extension though, like jpg or bmp, so make sure your hidden files like .db files are deleted from the folder first.

Use:
File->Open and located the folder with all of your picks.
Check 'Sequence Files'
Type in a new name in the text box if you want.
Change the extension name in the text box if you want.

It does other stuff too that deletes folders of files and/or corrupts them all.
So make sure you don't check any of those, or goodbye to all of your data.

Thats a nifty little program, thanks!

What I ended up doing was setting up an action in photoshop then batch processing the files with it.

Thanks for the help everyone!
