Help with Phantom 3 spanned clips in Premiere

I know this seems like an incredibly basic question, but I'm having issues properly importing spanned clips from my Phantom 3 Professional in Premiere CS5.5. Basically, if I shoot, say a 15 minute continuous 5k shot, it will break up the video into 4gig chunks (to fit the FAT32 file system). When I import the footage into Premiere, even via Meida browswer it pulls them in as separate videos and there are frames dropped in the gap between the two files. I konw the information is there, because if i stream it from the drone (with the card in place), the video is seamless. Anyone know what i should do to resolve this issue?
