Hello,
Okay so I've been reading through thread after thread and I'm thinking that I just don't know enough about this outputting stuff. So rather than half understanding, and muddling thru, I'll ask my specific questions and hope for help...
This is my situation. I shoot on a DVX100b and capture to premiere cs2.
Question 1: should I be adjusting any capture settings?
I then work in premiere for editing and getting to the rough cut stage. Then I make an .avi and pull it into After effects for adding color correction and effects, etc...
Question 2: What are the best settings for outputing from premiere for AE?
I then do the stuff in AE that I need and then I'm looking to export out for playback on a) DVD, and b) computer projector
Question 3: What output setting should I be using here? I want the best resolution I can get.
Also, is this method okay? I know I can color correct in premiere, but I'm doing other effects as well.
