help with my slo motion problem

hey wassup
i shot a video with the hvx 1080 p with the shutter 250 and up , i want it to use twixtor i open the composition setting at 29.97 , adjut twixtor at 29.97 but somehow i get all the slow motion choppy or as i see it skips frame or something :furious3::furious3: , but anyway i just cant get it right , i done it before but not with the same setting , i used 720 24 p and worked great
i tried the slow motion with after effects still does the same thing

You should match the project and composition setting to the footage that you shot. Whatever camera settings were used to capture the footage. Was it 1080P 24 frames per second? If so use this for your settings. Either 23.976 0r 23.98.
 
i tried it all but all the setting didnt work , so i solved it by converting the footage with twixtor using this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_j4K2_mXzA , then export it and put it back on after effects & twix , and it worked like a charm , so for some reason it wont work with 1080 24pA

I use Twixtor for 1280 x 720p 24fps all the time for slomo clips. I don't have any problems. Super smooth results... 24p in and 24p out... no conversion needed.
