Help with my auditions?

I'm planning on holding auditions for a 10 minute zombie movie I'm doing soon. I was thinking of holding them on February 2, and posting the casting call online and at universities this Saturday (January 12). This allows 3 weeks. Will this be enough notice for the actors?

Also, I was hoping it would run from 1-4. For a movie of this length, how much time should be dedicated to the audition of each actor? I'm really just trying to figure out how many we'll be able to handle in that time frame.
Are we expected to pay for the meals of people who are auditioning? I was thinking of that duration because it should leave enough time for lunch and dinner before and afterwards.

How I was planning on doing it:
Held at my high school. One room for the prospective cast to wait in, another to hold the auditions in. I'd leave papers detailing the casting and filmmaking process in the waiting room. I'd have a handycam mounted on a tripod recording the auditions, with a shotgun mic on a stand where they're standing so I can hear them better afterwards. Any other suggestions or tips?

You don't need to provide meals for auditioners. If you're only auditioning from 1-4pm, you probably don't even need to provide a meal for your casting people, although some simple refreshments would be nice.

How many roles are you auditioning for? Speaking roles, that is.

2 speaking roles, 1 male and 1 female. There are 2 other male non-speaking roles who have to die and show fear, pain and sadness convincingly. I think at the audition I'll ask them if they'd be willing to play a zombie if they don't make a main part, and pick my zombies from those who don't make it.
