What's the name of the device in the middle (above the HMI ballast) that everything is tied into?

Cant tell you the make / brand but looks like a 3 phase portable distribution box.

I would think then we would see 5 wires running into it from one direction or another...

Either way those are some strange connectors. Maybe its a still photo sort of thing? I see they have strobes around, but then again I see a power pack below one of them already. Maybe it is a distro box from somewhere outside of the united states.
