Help With Help

CS3 ... Click on "Help".

All I get is:

This topic is in the Help system of another product. To view the topic, install that product. about:blank

What is that about?

Any thoughts on this? Where is "Help"?

Also, I ordered the manual at the time I ordered the software. I didn't receive it with the software. I didn't mind too much because there is so much online. The packing slip didn't indicate it being on back order. A couple days later, I received it. I'm glad I got it now. There is so much in there. It's the biggest manual I own for any software. Unfortunately, when I look up "help" in the manual, it just basically says to use it by clicking on it.
