HELP with DVD producing PLEASE

So we've found this place that'll make copies of our DVD including printing the title on the DVD itself, and a case (but not the printing of the sleeve) for $2.10 a copy.
To do it with the sleeve printed as well it would be (I think) a total of $4.60 a copy. When making 100 copies on a shoe string budget, that makes a HUGE difference.

Where would I go to get decent quality prints/copies of the sleeve? Any idea how much it would cost?

Or...

Where else do you suggest I go for producing my DVD, and at what cost per?

Please help.

Thanks.

If you need just 100 copies, I say do it youself. Fry's electronics has everything you need.

Except with making the sleeve. I do not have a good enough quality printer at home, and even if I did I wouldn't be able to print the proper size (roughly 7.2"x11" leaving a little remainder to trim) given an 8.5"x11" sheet of paper that has of course areas it cannot print on.

I thought replication places can still make small orders, certainly for better than that right? You can get 1,000 DVDs professionally replicated with a UPC code registered and all for $990.

When I make small orders myself, I do make them myself. I have a Primera Bravo II disk publisher that can hold up to 50 DVDs in kiosk mode and print onto them directly, then I have an Epson Pro 3800 to make the cover art, you just need slightly over-sized paper. The paper quality I have is alright but it's Epson's 3 star out of 5 paper, so if I wanted it to be better and glossy, I'd have to get something slightly better. This works for corporate work.

I spent $150 on an Epson Stylus that does photo printing and prints on CDs/DVDs as well. I don't have large runs, so this does the job. There are plenty of templates for doing the Sleeves, and I print those myself, trimming those with an Xacto paper cutter, $5 at Wal Mart. Not exactly as high quality as one of those replication places, but affordable.

Wow that is pretty cheap, lol. I was trying to make my setup cost-affordable but didn't go to those extremes. The Epson was like $1,100, but I felt I needed a really quality printer for doing pro work, and I got like a $90 papercutter, haha, and the disk printer / publisher was $1,600 I think. Still not that bad...

I don't have a lot of money for equipment, nor do I have the space for a burner, a printer, etc. So I got the All In One, and the quality it prints is great. The ink isn't waterproof, but there is some out there that is. The paper cutter I got is just a small one that does a few sheets at a time, but it takes up very little space and makes clean cuts.

If you dont want to do your own printing, but dont mind the burning, discmakers does short runs with sleeves etc for a decent price.
