Hello there! Here's the thing:

I used Vegas to creat a movie and then when im tried to burn it onto a DVD it said that Architect studio could not be found. In that case I downloaded architect studio to the computer and proceeded with the download. It took me two hours to render the disc (its about 40 min long) and then a window opend prompting me to use the architect studio. I clicked on it, I didnt use it for very long because im short on time, and immediately went to "burn DVD" on the menu. It said something like "find the location of the prepared DVD". It already had a location up so I pressed next but it didnt work, a window popped up saying something like "it is not located here, must be video.its", or something of that nature. so then I tried to find the DVD under a file and could not, so then i thought i should find my project (IE the film I had edited) but could not find that either. I am using a friends computer so im not infront of it right now to look at the details.

Would I have to go through the entire process of rendering the DVD again to even get back to where I left off?

If so, what can I do???

thanks if you can help!

Do a search in Windows for *.vob. As long as there aren't any other prepared DVDs on the drive, it should find the folder for you.

The .vob will be in a Video_TS folder. The folder THAT folder is in is the location DVD Architect wants.
