Help: Video plug-ins not working.

I'm not sure what I did (or if I did anything) but none of my video plug-ins are working. Even if I open an existing project that had plug-ins that were working fine..........all of a sudden they're not working. And if I insert them in a new project, still nothing. The plug-ins do open and I can change the settings but it has no effect on the video.

I have no idea what's going on but I sure would appreciate some advice.

BTW, all of my audio plug-ins seem to be working just fine.

Couldn't find a "Bypass FX" button. But what I had done was to accidentally click on the "Split Screen" button and that's why no FX were working. Not sure why the slit screen button would do that........but it did.
