Help, vegas platinum8 rendering double

I am rendering 720p HD from a 1080 61 clip and Vegas is double rendering the clip. instead of a single 14 minute clip I am getting a 28 minute clip with the entire clip repeating itself. Any ideas about whats happening here?
 
Thanks for the quick response. Where would I look to see if I had looped it? I have had several versions of the platinum edition for several kyears and never run accross this before. Nothing is highlited on the time line.

:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)Every thing seems to be working well now. Just previous to this last render,when it seemed to be doubling up, The green progress bar reached about 50% and then the preview screen showed the end of the clip and then stared on the beginning titles again. I hit the cancel button, thinking I would get just one itteration of the video, instead I got nothing. This last time I let it run for 100% and did not watch what was happening on the preview screen.

Question. Was the program rendering in two passes?
