I took a .mov clip and converted it to .mpg using a video converter.
The video looked fine on my comp, but once it uploaded it got messed up. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong, or how to upload the videos so they work?

I used handbrake and the H.264 codec. I've followed many tutorials, but all end up with the same jumpy results.

Bump. I could really use the help. I haven't seen you guys have problems with your videos, so that's why I'm asking here.
