HEllo, this is my first time here.

I'm thinking about buy a hvx200 and a friend recomend me buy a firestore with it.

I have never used one, but I could find some imformation. First, the firestore is in fat format, the problem with that is the big number of video parts (because i think only can support 2gb x file). My question is , There is some alternative to edit easily these big number of minivideos? I use adobe premier cs4 and i can't imagine if I had to edit 2 hours of video, I suppose about 60 mini videos (4 audio channels in mono) I will become crazy, I dont know, for example, if I had to go down the volume, I have to doit 60 time?

SOmeone had a similar problem? What must I do¿

Like blue said, the files should line up perfect on the timeline.
Just import all the files or each shot/take and put them in order in a sequence.
Then use nested sequences. That way you can adjust the sequence as a whole, change volume, trim, etc.

Make sure you "conform to P2" in Firestore after shooting and copy ALL(!) files in the FS directory including "last clip.txt" files and what not on your computer.
