HELP! Strange Audio Delay in FCP 6

Hey guys, I just finished capturing several clips - and when I open up the clips in QT the audio is sync'd. However, when I bring the clips into FCP the audio is out of sync and delayed. Any ideas or help? odd.

How are you monitoring- remember playing out over Firewire vs. desktop playback requires different audio output to stay in sync.

If you're playing out to a DV camera or deck you need to connect speakers to the deck not the computer. If you're playing only to desktop you need to have speakers connected to the Mac's built-in audio output.
