Help Sony URX-P03D wireless set-up

Hi,

I purchased a URX-P03D dual-channel receiver, and two UTX-B03 transmitters separately. The URX firmware is 1.0. One of the UTX-B03 has firmware 1.05, the other 1.04. All three use channels 30-36 (566.125-607.875 mHz) and 38-41 (614.125-637.875 mHz).

However I'm unable to get the set-up to work. I have tried manually setting the channels to match but only get hiss in one channel.

Earlier on I was able to get the receiver to "auto scan" and detect the transmitters. But now even that doesn't seem to work.

I've just "reset" all three devices to no avail.

I'm just wondering what I should do to make sure I'm setting this right--or to know for sure that these devices aren't malfunctioning or broken.

I am using these in Beijing, China--I don't know if that makes a difference.

Thank you.

I'm not familiar wit that particular system but general wireless troubleshooting questions would be: Is the Tx/Rx (Transmitter/Receiver) pair set the same frequency? I see in the photo, the Tx is set to 566.125 MHz; is the corresponding Rx set to that frequency as well?
Does the Tx input meter show modulation? Have you tried different frequency in the Tx/Rx?
I don't think your regional location has much to do with it. There's likely a lot of frequencies that should work without interference (legal or not.. I see the China frequency block model is 710 MHz to 782 MHz).
