how is nofatclips.com gaining from it? if it is really a problem, the guy will always take it down for you. He's just trying to expose people to some cool videos, and apparently his is one of them. But if you want it down just message him on his Vimeo account...that's all there is to it. You won't have to worry about it anymore.

Dillon, it depends on the goal of the OP. Just because someone posts it, doesn't mean it's "Good Publicity". If he is shopping it around, and the potential buyer sees it elsewhere, he might just pass just because of that "Ive already seen something like it"

This is intellectual property. It belongs to the OP. He has a say in where it is shown. Period. Taking something that is not yours and trying to gain from it is wrong. Does Nofat whatever have advertising on their site? Does he have income coming in because of the site? If so, he is not playing by the rules.
