Help, sending clips to a friend

So I am trying send some clips to a friend, what is the best way to send them so that he will get them full quality and be able to use the clips and have them look just like they do on my computer. I tried uploading the clips from my capture scratch to my website, then he downloaded the clips, but he says they are not full quality. Has anybody done this before?
 
Sounds like you did the right thing. What codec, size, framerate are you using?
What codec, size, framerate is he seeing?
