Help selecting boom holder

Hello guys,

I have this microphone kit...

...and I need something to hold the microphone for indoor shooting.

So far, I found that the best solution is to buy a c-stand and buy this boom pole holder...

...which is actually out of stock at BHphoto.

I haven't been able to find anything like it on ebay or amazon.. any recommendations? My budget is $100 - $200

Thanks!
