hey guys i have a great idea for a short film and i have the props and actors and budget for the project only problem is the location im looking for a butchers kitchen or a restaurant kitchen with a freezer with lots of meat hanging (kinda like in rocky) what do i do ask restaurant owners to use there kitchen for a shoot, how much do i pay them, is there a studio in nyc that already has this ie a school or the film academy. this is my first time doing this how would you guys approach the situation help me please.
